Macaroni Schotel

Material 1:
1 spoon of margarine
500 gr Macaroni (boil, drain & bast with margarine)


Material 2 (saute & set aside):
1 spoon of margarine
150 gr minced meat
50 gr onion (slice)


Material 3:
2 spoons of margarine
3-4 spoosn of flour
500 ml fresh milk
100 gr gratin (grated cheese)
salt, sugar, pepper, nutmeg powder, broth powder (to taste)


Material 4:
5 eggs (beaten)


Material 5:
100 gr gratin
50 gr sossis / bacon


Steps:

  1. Material 3 : heat the margarine, pour the flour, stir it well, poue fresh milk little by little until colt, pour gatin, sugar, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder, & broth powder. cook until brew
  2. pour the material 2 and material 1 into material 3, stir it well, add material 4
  3. Put the dough into baking pan, pour the material 5, Bake in 200 degrees oven until golden brown (about 30 minutes) or you may steam it for 20minutes
  4. Macaroni schotel is ready to served
