Red Velvet Cupcakes




Ingredients:


  • 250 gr flour 
  • 25 gr cocoa powder
  • 120 gr butter 
  • 210 gr sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt









1 teaspoon of vanila
  • 240 ml plain yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of red food coloring 
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 







Steps:


  • Beat sugar, butter, and vanilla until well blended, pour the egg
  • Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Then, put the flour mixture and plain yoghurt alternately
  • When the dough is well blended,  pour the mix baking soda and lemon juice, stir well
  • Pour the dough into cup, Bake it for about 25-30 minutes with a temperature of 160 celcius degrees

Ingredients:
Ikan Gurame (bisa diganti ikan nila / ikan patin). bersihkan, potong agak besar.
Bawang merah
Bawang putih
Bawang bombay
Lengkoas
Jahe
Daun salam
Cabe
belimbing sayur (bisa diganti buah asam lainnya)
Merica bubuk
Garam secukupnya

Taburan:
Kemangi
Bawang goreng
Daun Bawang

Steps:


  1. Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay, dan bawang merah sampai harum. tambahkan jahe, lengkoas, dan daun salam.
  2. tuangkan air
  3. masukkan belimbing sayur. tunggu hingga mendidih
  4. Masukkan ikan, tunggu hingga lunak
  5. Angkat, hidangkan dengan taburan kemangi, bawang goreng, dan daun bawang.
