Red Velvet Cupcakes




Ingredients:


  • 250 gr flour 
  • 25 gr cocoa powder
  • 120 gr butter 
  • 210 gr sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt









1 teaspoon of vanila
  • 240 ml plain yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of red food coloring 
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 







Steps:


  • Beat sugar, butter, and vanilla until well blended, pour the egg
  • Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Then, put the flour mixture and plain yoghurt alternately
  • When the dough is well blended,  pour the mix baking soda and lemon juice, stir well
  • Pour the dough into cup, Bake it for about 25-30 minutes with a temperature of 160 celcius degrees
